I've been cooking for a very long time starting at a very young age having a mother from a third world country. I became a mother of six which launched me into attending culinary school. I also was mentored by wonderful chefs one includes the famous Master Chef Petter Chang and also his wife Lisa. Cooked in 3 fine dining restraunts. 2 of which had menu items created by me. I am still currently cooking in a restraunt and enjoy cooking and eating! Food is a huge passion for me.
