I have been working in restaurants since I was 14. I attended Johnson & Wales University for 4 years to aquire an assoc. in culinary arts and a bachelor's degree in food service management. I am serve safe certified and follow all Haccp guidlines. The positions that I have fulfilled in restaurants have been anywhere from fry cook, saute, grill, and head chef for two different restaurants.
