Californian is the best way to describe my cooking style. But I'm not just throwing avocado on everything;) I'm an avid gardener and farmer's market regular. The freshest seasonal ingredients usually decide my menus. I enjoy cooking Italian, Portuguese, Mediterranean, BBQ, Southern/creole, Thai and South East Asian.

Bringing people together through food experiences is my passion. I like to keep the mood light and fun, but my food is serious. I love hosting themed dinners that whisk my diners to a place or time that reminds them of their favorite vacation or get away.
