I have been cooking professionally for 17yrs with an AS in culinary arts graduating from Keiser with honors. I spent my years building my experience in various kitchens from corporate restaurants to banquets and about 10 yrs in fine dining. I started my business over a year ago and it has been the best choice I have ever made. I started as a simple personal chef making meal plans for people, preparing fully cooked meals for clients in there home and in home dinner parties. Soon after I got a commercial kitchen and started catering events like weddings and other large events. I also run my meal delivery service so I can still take care of all my personal chef clients on the same day. We are a full service catering company and we specialize in custom menus and events. I feel like my wide range of experience gives me that niche to be able to offer a genuinely unique service.
