The Art of Mexican Cuisine

My cooking style has several touches such as traditional cuisine, without leaving aside the fusion cuisine.I like to combine techniques or recipes from somewhere and add a Mexican flavor, or something Mexican with a different touch.

I´m a Mexican chef with experience in hotels in USA, also i was the chef in the restaurant Distrito Cocina in California, USA, where I was in charge of creating new dishes, also i was a chef consultant in the kitchen of the restaurant Gaucho Grill, where i trained the staff and I create new dishes depending on the season of the year.
