I love to cook simple good food. I love to cook food to has a twist to it or just to make it simple. I love using fresh healthy ingredients to create a fantastic meal. My cooking ranges from slow braised meat and potatoes to vegan.

I've been as a professional chef for over 15 years. I have held the title of executive chef at 5 well known establishments. I love cooking and teaching cooking classes. I have a great personality that speaks through my food. I love beautiful delicious food.
