Family style is mostly what I do, though I also have experience in fine dining. I love Latin-American food and enjoy eating it just as much as I do cooking it. Southwestern food could be considered my specialty.

I've been in the industry for 5 years. In those years I've managed to become a catering chef and manager. I put my head down and work but I'm also all about making the consumer happy. I want to bring back memories that you forgot about with my food. I have a lot of experience with special diets and allergies.
