Creative flair with technical cooking skills. Many years as an artist has only enhanced my plates and creativity with dishes. Still focused on comfort and flavor, with a touch of what most call umami. Love depth of flavor and creating textures.

I have cooked my entire life, raised by Italians, friends and neighbors from all around the world that fueled my love for cooking around the world. Spent summers working thru cookbooks with my grandfather. Left cooking for 15 years to pursue other passions, cooking brought me back to my happy place and have been here in Florida since 2008.
