I previously owned & operated a brick & mortar for 5 years in Upstate NY. I have catered & served for celebrities such as Ashanti, Kid Capri and a vast number of comedians who appeared on HBO's Def Comedy Jam. I have catered weddings, special events for non-profit organizations here in the Tampa area and I have presented some of my dishes to local colleges as well.
