I am a professional chef with lots of experience, worked in Italian restaurant, French restaurant, relais&chateaux hotel most in cape Town, then moved and worked in most game reserves in Mpumalanga, Limpopo and KwaZulu-Natal as well. Working now on my personal project which is The Olivekitchen, private cheffing and food truck.
