Fine dining is where I perform best, but I also really enjoy family-style cooking and cooking outdoors. I mainly focus on trying balancing my flavors, especially when pairing them with wines.

I have worked at one of the best wine farms in the world as a chef, being a part of a team that won an 2 Eat-Out stars. I am currently a chef de partie at a prestigious guest house. I am still young in this industry, but this is my life and my passion and I will do my utterly best to give you food that you will love and enjoy as I do.
