Fusion style is a type of cuisine which I have been exposed to and represents a combination of Malay and African cuisine, influenced by the history of cape Malay traditional cuisine.

I have 16 years of experience in the culinary industry working in different positions such as Chef and Kitchen Manager. I have always been exposed more to South African cuisine, which I believe has not gained as much popularity as it ought to, I have the ability to to show the world that South Africa can be rated as the one of the top class countries when it comes to fine dining.
