My specialty could be Italian, or the grill, but I really like fusion cuisine, I almost always create personalized dishes for each client taking into account what is offered and all the variety of dishes worldwide that I have learned, I just like to play with them and give something unique and unforgettable.

I am from Cordoba, Argentina. My family has dedicated itself to gastronomy all its life since I can remember that I have been in the kitchen. I studied at the Faculty of Comprehensive Gastronomy in Córdoba, then I decided to travel and learn about the different gastronomic cultures, gastronomy, cooking is my life and it is what i love to do
