Experiencia
My culinary journey began under the guidance of a mentor who learned from Ferran Adrià, where I laid my foundational skills at the Cazorla School. I dedicated my free time to refining these skills alongside this esteemed chef.
I then worked at Skina, where, as the sous chef, I contributed to the restaurant earning its second Michelin star within two years. This experience allowed me to be part of one of the top 300 restaurants in the world.
Driven by a desire to push the boundaries of traditional cuisine, I eventually decided to embark on a creative journey here in Switzerland, where I strive to create something unique and special.
