My cooking as the description is Atypical. I love to play with flavors of different cultures and to combine texture, color and flavors for my guest to enjoy.
I own my own restaurant of Atypical Tacos so I must say Tacos are one of my specialties either you like them traditional or want to try something different in my philosophy every dish can be made a taco! Also Pastas and Grilling come out really nice for large parties and can also serve family style for a quicker service anytime!
Experience
I have over 12 years of professional experience as personal chef as well as owner of my own restaurant. Having worked at the Four Seasons in Dallas I learned and now like to personalize the experience for each of my guests giving them an exceptional service. For booking, it has to be confirmed 4 days in advance of the solicited date.
Chef Patricia prepared a 6 course, 3 cocktail traditional Yucatán for my birthday. She was professional, responsive and flexible with my request. It was by far the best meal of the trip. I would definitely book her again. Ten stars.
