Chef Penet, a native of Grenoble, France, began his career in the French Alps 25 years ago.  His iconic style infuses a variety of French traditional and contemporary European flavors and reaches as far as the Pacific rim to create an artful taste that has expanded his career and taken him from the delights of St Tropez, France through the United States  where he has worked in exemplary kitchens such as Bottega Restaurant with famed Chef Michael Chiarlo. Now he is back in Mexico, Chef Penet’s starred career and international experience has earned him respect and accolades throughout his culinary profession as a chef as well as an instructor.  His dynamic history in the kitchen has created delicious and mouth watering gastronomic delights which can be experienced in his savory dishes, delectable deserts or paired with an individually created beverage to compliment any dish.  As a most respected chef, he is flexible, has great communication skill, organized, and works well under pressure.
