Zen cuisine for a healthy mind

I have just finished a Raw Food Vegan Course and I am specialized in Vegan recipes . You can check some of my recipes on my YouTube Channel: nowzenlife. Common recipes in my routine include southamerican stews, soups, raw food, and fully tasty salads. I often improvise creating innovative dishes mainly vegan.

I have short professional experience back in my homecountry (Colombia), however I have vast experience cooking at home and I am always innovating, creating and, the most important, enjoying cooking for friends and family. I am very diverse in the food I cook and consume. I strongly believe that eating balanced is the key to a positive attitude wich leads to an increase in your mood and creative way of thinking. While I keep my eating habits in the healthier side, I am not psychorigid about it. Instead, I find different ways to satisfy my cravings and sweet tooth.
