Being born in Italy definitely defines my culinary style a lot, but thanks to my travels and experiences I can satisfy most palates. My specialities are mostly from Italy, France, Middle East and Thailand, but I'm totally open to new flavours and experiences. Obsessed by choosing the best seasonal ingredients, most of them coming from local farmers, or small producers. My cooking style in 3 words: fresh, flavorful, comforting. And yes I can make sushi! Can't wait to surprise you and your spécial guests.

Hello everybody I'm Lorien from Italy, I start working in a kitchen in Australia 6 years ago, I studied to become a chef in France where I'm currently living and working. After different experiences in Michelin star restaurants and super yachts now it's time to take my own road . Cureently living in Dakar, Senegal, I can't stop cooking and people can't stop eating so here I am to make your day a special one. I will treat you with the most delicious food, presented in the most sexy way, sprinkle all that with a smile and voila! The perfect dinner is served.
