A four-course menu to discover the flavours of the Dolomites Mountain my native land. A journey that starts with rabbit, polenta (a traditional corn mash) and red currant, follow a plate with canederli (traditional bread dumplings), then the main course composed by deer, celeriac puree and chicory, and finally the dessert: caramelized apples with a very tasty custard.
