A 3 course asian experience. You wil start with the street food classic, Okonomiyaki with braised Pork Belly and then savour the flavours of the light Sea Scallop Dashi and finish the experience with a kaffir lime leaf,ginger and lemongrass coconut cheesecake with saké macerated fruit, toasted peanuts and a tea honey tuile
Lightly seared Sea scallops, garlic korean sticky rice with a cornucopia of farmers produce and a japanese kombu dashi.
