A Spanish menu to be shared with your guests, where the black seafood paella with squid ink is the main protagonist. Enjoy an assortment of five tapas, followed by the black paella and to finish, a traditional caramel flan (quesillo). Substitutions on the choice of tapas and/or deserts are possible, please see my other menus for options. You can also order a mix of two deserts if you prefer.

Arròs negre is a Valencian dish made with cuttlefish, shellfish and rice, somewhat similar to seafood paella. The distinct colour is provided by the use of squid ink in its preparation.
