A menu to be shared with all your guests where the mixed paella is the main act. Enjoy an assortment of five tapas, followed by the seafood and land paella and to finish, a traditional Catalonian cream. Substitutions on the choice of tapas and/or deserts are possible, please see my other menus for options. You can also order a mix of two deserts if you prefer.

A rice dish traditional all across Spain, cooked on a wide shallow pan with shellfish, chicken, pork and Spanish chorizo. As a free-style dish it could include other meats such as rabbit, duck, etc.
Traditional Catalonian custard cream, similar to a Crème Brûlée topped with raspberries.
