A shared menu, representing the interior of Spain, with a mountain paella as the main dish. Enjoy an assortment of five tapas, followed by the mountain paella and to finish, a traditional caramel flan (quesillo). Substitutions on the choice of tapas and/or deserts are possible, please see my other menus for options. You can also order a mix of two deserts if you prefer.

A dish which represents the areas of Spain away from the shore. This rice dish incorporates rabbit, quails and snails with Spanish chorizo and vegetables. Could include meats such as pork and chicken.
