A sampling of my favourite vegetarian dishes with a tropical accent
Light and crunchy. Julienned Asian vegetables and wakame seaweed coated in a creamy sesame dressing with a sprinkle of sesame seeds. (Can be made into a main course with an addition of marinated tofu)
A mixed vegetable sauté with the best tempeh you will ever have. Of course, because it's home made. This dish is lightly tossed in a spicy sesame glaze.Nutty, chewy, delicious!
(As per availability of fruit!) Mango purée base, coconut-mango mousse topped with fresh mango!
