pork belly bao buns
crazy soft japanise bao bun stuffed with a slow cooked chines style pork belly, coriander and dark cabbage, a sprinkle of peanuts.
Main Course tuna tataki
roasted tuna shank served with wild grilled broccoli, sweet potatoes spicy mash and on the side a peanuts thai soauce.
Dessert my tart tatin
Pastry dough served with a layer of salty caramel, a layer of chocolate ganache and a perfect touch of raspberry to end the voyage.
