This Menu is for the purposes of a cooking class. With the menu item being taught the client can also choose to have a wine pairing lesson. A protein (ex: chicken or pork) can be added if client wishes. If there is wine or protein added the price per person will change.
An assortment of seasonal heirloom tomatoes combined with red onion, basil,garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Served on a crunchy slice of Italian bread. Mozzerella can be added if requested.
