Pizza Party
Hand tossed pizzas made with my slowly fermented dough and cooked in my portable wood fired oven. Casually served family style with your choice of three sides; Caesar salad, garden salad, polpette (meatballs), zucchini fritti, roasted vegetables, or ratatouille and a dessert. Chef and chef’s assistant $675 plus $69 pp for food, minimum booking for 10.
