This menu represents a cross section of Mexico's bright and sunny cuisine. All of my menus can be combined with a cooking demonstration for all your guests. I will demonstrate, in detail, the cooking of each dish and discuss all the ingredients with your guests prior to them enjoying each course.
A fresh and light soup from the Yucatan. A flavored chicken broth with shredded chicken breast, tomatoes ,cilantro and avocado. Garnished with toasted tortilla strips
A thick pan seared loin pork chop seared and glazed with bacon marmalade and oven roasted. Served with a sweet and spicy apple butter mole with guajillo chilies, roasted potatoes & sauteed rapini.
A rich double fudge brownie spiked with some Mexican chili...an awesome combination drizzled with a luxurious chocolate sauce.
