Fluffy ricotta gnocchi sauteed with out of the shell mussels, cooked in a light white wine infused fish broth and finished with alittle butter, fresh herbs and toasted garlic bread crumbs
Crispy seared rainbow trout, with fragrant herb and olive oil crushed potatoes, confit tomatoes with a light sweetness and a tangy yogurt sauce that is laced with a smokey paprika oil.
Chocolate and amaretti flan served with confit orange zest and amaretti cookies
