Asian tuna tartare
A beautifully done tuna tartare with a mango salsa, with a crunchy wonton, inside of a bamboo spoon. This dish won the award at taste of the town 2015
Appetizer Vegetarian naan
My vegetarian naan is covered with grilled vegetables, roasted peppers, with a horseradish aioli, the cheese can be altered to suit the customers needs.
