Chef at home Bryan

Chef Bryan was so friendly and organized! He worked with me on finding a date and was patient with me as I figured out how many were going to be in my party. The food was 10/10; it was superb! I’m so thankful!

If I could give Chef Bryan a 6 star rating, I would! He prepared an amazing 7 course dinner for my family and me (4 adults and a child). He went above and beyond all my expectations for this special occasion. Bryan and Jeannine added extra touches ( even going out to buy candles for the dining table just because I mentioned we didn't have any in our rental). We all enjoyed a 7 course taste sensation of seafood (which I requested) and sides. Everything was fresh and prepared from scratch, and then elegantly presented. DELICIOUS describes every dish. Portion sizes ensured we had enough to enjoy again the next night. Bryan andJeannine were friendly and professional. Thank you Bryan and Jeannine for making this experience one to remember!

Chef comment: I cant believe you guys ate all of that food! Just kidding. We hope to see you again next year for another seafood extravaganza. I'm thinking 8 courses next time.

Chef Bryan came and made eight of us one of the most delicious brunches we have ever had. He is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend anyone that wants a memorable and unique experience to not hesitate to use Chef Bryan for your next event. Next time we are in the area we look forward to using him again.

This was my 1st personal chef experience and 1st time to use miummium- both exceeded my expectations. Chef Bryan was super responsive and gave me lots of menu options prior to booking. He and Janene went way above to make our night extra special. Now the food- OMG iit was incredible! We were full before the main course arrived because everything was so good. Bryan was super friendly and made our last night on vacation dinner unforgettable! Thank you SO much!!!

All around amazing experience! Chef Brian was professional, polite, personable, and hard working. He and his crew left the kitchen cleaner than they found it. The attention to the small detail was what really made this a true fine dinning experience! We hired Chef Brian to cook for us on Easter Sunday, which also happened to be our first full day of a vacation. We had a large group: a mix of adults, teens, and toddlers. Brian and his crew took care of everything, and went above and beyond all expectations. The food was scratch made, and DELICIOUS! In addition to the meal served. Chef Brian left a second meal for the next day. He also made a separate menu for the toddlers, for both meals. We had enough left overs that we had several lunch and dinners covered. We got to enjoy the vacation and not worry about cooking or groceries. The next time I need a Chef, Brian is my first call!

Surprised my husband with a 50th birthday dinner during our Hilton Head vacation, and Bryan was absolutely the perfect choice for a private chef. Punctual, friendly, easy to work with, and he even did the dishes! Bryan worked with my budget, offered many options and prepared a delicious meal that we all loved. You made my husband and the other 7 guests very happy! Thanks Bryan and Jeanine!

Bryan was better than we could have expected. He came for a coming class and made it totally personal for all. The recipes were amazing and we had an all around great time. If we come back to the area well be sure to do another cooking class with Bryan.
