Chef at home Nicolas

Chef Nicolas was punctual, organized, friendly, food exceeded our expectations. No hesitation in referring him. We will be using him again in the future.

Fabulous 5 course meal for our guests. Nicholas is a top notch Chef. Our guests were pleasantly surprised!

Before our appointed day the Government of Alberta implemented a wide range of strict prohibitions due to the rapid rise of Covid 19 cases. This made it impossible to keep our date with Chef Nicholas. However, he has been very understanding and as soon as the situation eases he is happy to find another time to get together.

Chef Nicolas was outstanding in his service at my event. The meal was excellent. For a group that are used to very tasty dishes, even something as “simple” as the potatoes had my guests salivating for more. I highly recommend Chef Nicolas.

Meet my expectations!

I highly recommend Chef Nicolas because I've had 3 of his dishes for the past year. My most favorite is the breaded fish. The batter was smooth and it didn't give me heartburn after all. The fish was thoroughly cooked and the breading was so crispy. I'm usually very picky with the fish dishes though, I'm on a pescatarian diet. Recently, I had the baked arctic shark and it just melted in my mouth. Chef Nicolas captured my taste buds and you should also try his dishes out.

Highly recommended. Nicolas provided an impressive catering service for my party with the taste of food, creativity, cleanliness, and professionalism. The beef bourguignon, a very classical French cuisine has a truly amazing taste! My co-workers hired him again for such a wonderful food experience.
