From beginning to end the experience we had with Raul was detailed, professional and his food was delicious! I hire private chefs in Miami all the time but the food and experience we had with Raul surpassed our past experiences. We had a villa in Tulum and I really wanted a sit down private 5 course dinner. Raul helped me select the menu prior to the day. And each plate was an absolute work of art, the plating was gorgeous. He explained each plate and the origin of the prep. At the end of the dinner, Raul was sure to leave our kitchen spotless. He was a true professional. We ate at other 5 star restaurants in tulum during our stay however, Rauls dinner was the best dinner we had our entire trip. I would highly recommend hiring him for your next event. Also, ask for the margaritas, the BEST margs I’ve ever had.

Chef Raul cooked for my wife’s 40th birthday at an Airbnb in Tulum. We had 19 guests, and everyone of them LOVED the food. His interpretation of Caesar salad had everyone astonished. Everything was simply top notch and delicious. I HIGHLY recommend Chef Raul.

Chef Raul exceeded all of our expectations for our private dinner. He prepared an amazing meal and even added a couple surprises. The food was delicious and easily the best meal we had on our vacation. He was professional and relaxed and really created a great atmosphere for our group. Beautiful presentation, the chef delivered a perfect night. We got exactly what we asked for and the chef went out of his way to buy the exact drinks for the night. Very proud of his work, he is a chef that instills passion to his food. The food was super fantastic. Absolutely loved it and will book in the future.

Chef Raul and his team were nothing but amazing. The entire process was seamless from the inquiry to the delivery. I was surprising my sister with a private dinner to celebrate her bachelorette party in Tulum for our friends and family. I previously had the opportunity to experience the food cooked by Chef Raul during a different event and he did an amazing job, it was a no-brainer to reach out for my trip to Tulum. He exceeded my expectations and everyone at the dinner enjoyed the courses. He was understanding of people with dietary restrictions and had great alternatives for them. The menu options, the details, the table set up, and just the overall experience is 10/10. I would definitely recommend Chef Raul for your dinner parties. I loved this chef so much. He makes every meal with so much love. He gets the finest fresh fruits and vegetables for every meal. He also stages the table to look so beautiful. His meal execution and communication would have to be rated 50/10. His helper Daniel was so sweet and attentive as well. BOOK CHEF RAUL!
