Cooking style
My cultural background is Italian but I am French trained and I have an incredible love for asian cuisine, because of that, I know my way around quite a few different cuisines including Italian, French and Asian fusion. I'm definitely a perfectionist and strive for the best quality and my food is delicious as well as beautiful to look at.
Experience
I've been cooking for 10 years and have been in the culinary industry for 6 years. I was able to compete on a TV show called Chopped Canada and I won the first ever Chopped Canada Teen Tournament, that experience made me realize that I wanted to do something in the culinary industry. I complete my formal culinary training at L' Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (L'ITHQ). I have worked in some of the best restaurants in Montreal, such as Graziella, Park Restaurant, Signé Toqué Group By Normand Laprise, to name a few. I am also a culinary instructor at the Leonardo Da Vinci Centre. Food has long been a true passion of mine. Travelling helped me learn so much about food and inspires me to be completely creative when creating my menus.
