I’m a French trained chef with an Italian background passionated about Asian flavours .

I have worked in Michelin star restaurants across France, Denmark and Holland. Born in Milan, Italy, food and the hospitality culture always been around me . I started cooking at the age of 17 after moving to Australia with my family. Discovering new ingredients and new flavours by the fusion of cultures has always been exciting . In 2022 my partner and I decided to move to Montreal. I worked at “Ile Flottante “ and “ Hiatus “ as chef de cuisine Before deciding to became a private chef .
