I'm an Italian chef. I managed over time to adapt my recipes to the North American taste, without completely changing the use of some ingredients. The simplicity and traditional nature of my recipes have always been a great success. I managed to convey the true Italian taste with enormous success because Italian culture and tradition is always the number one in the world.
