Mediterranean bistronomy influence my style as I bring it together with our North American culture and local ingredients. I also acquired extensive knowledge on cocktails, spirits and wines. This became a primary focus now as I am using these skill to pair dinners in various style, like fine international producers to restrain BC examples or cocktails.

I am Red Seal certified and have been cooking professionally for over 12 years around the world within fine dining restaurants, hotels and much more. Living in Whistler for over 7 years, I had the chance of working in first class food establishments in all positions from Broiler Cook at Hy's Steakhouse to Chef de Cuisine at the Trattoria di Umberto. Then pursued my education through the service industry the WSET courses.
