Experience
After the Superior Italian Cuisine Course At ALMA, School of International Italian Cuisine, I've spent several years in Michelin - starred restaurants and five star luxury hotels in Italy and abroad, to improve my skills and learn many different kinds of cuisine. I've spent more than three years at Acanto Restaurant in Milan, the restaurant of Principe di Savoia Hotel 5* luxury, after having worked in Hotel Mont Blanc in La Salle (5* luxury hotel) and La Madia Restaurant in Sicily (2 Michelin stars), then moved to Australia, where I worked at Urbane Restaurant in Brisbane (3 Chef's hats) and One&Only Resort in Hayman Island. Back in Italy, I kept my way in important 5 star hotels as Chateau Monfort and Melià, in STK restaurant and RadioRooftop.
