I was trained classic French but have spent a lot of time in Asia, South America, Mexico and the Caribbean incorporating their unique flavors with my traditional techniques and cooking style. I love taking traditional dishes and presenting them in an untraditional way, pushing the boundaries of how we look at our food.

I'm a professional chef with over 15 years experience in professional kitchens in North America and the Caribbean. I have also travelled extensively studying cuisines and cultures from all over the globe to bring dynamic menus and exciting dishes to your table.
