For me my cooking is way i see the world. I consider my self as creative person who found his path in cooking. I'm self made executive chef with more then 13 year experience in cooking with best chefs in Baltic states, Thailand, Norway.

Latvian Chef . Total work experience is more than 13 years of practical working as a chef, sous chef and head chef. Experience with Modern European, New Nordic, French, Italian, Latvian, English, Russian, Asian, American cuisines. Author of menus, seasonal menus, technological cards and whole technological process in several restaurants. Ambitious, direct, honest, faithful and loving his work. Placing most emphasis on origin and quality of the product, flavour, performance, aroma and creativity. Professional experience is several countries. Chef/Host for cooking TV show “5 garšas iedvesmai” (5 tastes for inspiration) running in National Television TV3 for 2 years in Latvia.
