Im really versatile when It comes to cooking, but if I could choose, my style is comfort food. I also like to do fusions , with the cuisines that I'm more confortable with.

I've graduated from culinary school in 2011, I've worked in several restaurants here in Madeira Island and also abroad. I lived 3 years in Netherlands, where I learned a lot about high gastronomy and i developed a lot as a chef.
