I was a chef at Tupelo Honey for many years before owning my own restaurant in downtown Asheville for many years. I was voted best Chef in WNC 2013 and also featured on the Food network. My restaurant Tomato Jam Cafe also represented the South for all of breakfast in Rachael Ray magazine, one of my favorite accomplishments. Professional, experienced and knowledgeable about craft beers and wine pairings to provide a full balanced culinary experience. I've also done brewing demos, I've had multiple 1st place beers, between Asheville - Johnson City - and Knoxville, along with two best in show beers two years in a row. I'm serve safe certified and I pride myself on being very sanitary and using only fresh local ingredients. I'm also very good at homemade candies, pastries, cakes, pies and sweets.
