My cooking style could be described as a mix of my experiences throughout life. I have traveled to many culturally diverse places and eaten/cooked my way through all of them. I grew up with mostly family-style cooking, which is still an exciting and fun way I present sometimes, but being able to elevate and create new dishes and presentations has become a large part of what I cook now.
