I'm classically trained in French, but I specialize in an eclectic style of fusion cooking in which I bring together multiple cultures and flavors for a single dish.

I'm a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu - Hollywood with a Restaurant management degree. I've worked in several kitchens across the country honing my skills, and am currently a major influence at Building 24 in Wyomissing.
