Eastern European cuisine is mainly characterized as food for the soul, it's slowly cooked food prepared with passion and love. I take hours to cook as cooking and homemade food is of essential importance to me and my family.
Experience
I have been cooking for over 15 years. I completed courses on bread making since dough is my biggest culinary passion. My specialty is Eastern European cuisine with Mediterranean and Greek influences. The kitchen is my temple as I consider that cooking and creating in the kitchen is much more then just preparing and tasting a dish, rather it's a journey to my heritage and it represents preserving the beauty of slow cooked food topped with beautiful memories of my childhood. All my recipes are based on traditional recipes that are over 100 years old. My father was a chef.
