Do not leave your special event to just anyone. If you are going to indulge and have a private chef, Chef Carlos is the perfect guy for you. I will have him cater every future event from now on. I am trying to get on his schedule for next fall. He is THAT good. You will not be disappointed. Our guests were thrilled with his creations as was I. The flavor was out of this world. We had Chef Carlos cater our welcome dinner for my daughter's bachelorette party as well as our Sunday brunch. We had gone out for a dinner at a highly rated vineyard restaurant on Saturday night. We were ALL sooooo incredibly disappointed with the restaurant meal and I was kicking myself for not having it catered as well. The really sad part is the restaurant cost more than having in Chef Carlos and the restaurant food/experience was AWFUL!!! Do yourself a favor, get on his schedule.

Chef Carlos was beyond amazing in all ways and expectations. He was excellent with communication throughout, his menu choice was EXACTLY as we had hoped, he had it ALL COVERED from the moment he walked in until he left. WE DID NOTHING BUT ENJOY OUR EVENT!!! He added so many little details and personal touches we had not even discussed or I had even thought of. I even had a last minute change to the menu because of an allergy with a guest that came up last minute, he worked with us on that last minute change and made everything perfect. He was professional and courteous and fun and it was wonderful working with him. He just made it all so easy. We will definitely use him again.

Carlos and his sous chef arrived on time and got to work very quickly. Very knowledgeable about the food and described the dishes in detail. Everything was so delicious! I did ask for noodles and there were none on the menu so I was a little disappointed in that. Also they did not leave any leftovers, someone in my party said they saw them throwing away the leftovers which was strange.
