Chef at home Carlos

Do not leave your special event to just anyone. If you are going to indulge and have a private chef, Chef Carlos is the perfect guy for you. I will have him cater every future event from now on. I am trying to get on his schedule for next fall. He is THAT good. You will not be disappointed. Our guests were thrilled with his creations as was I. The flavor was out of this world. We had Chef Carlos cater our welcome dinner for my daughter's bachelorette party as well as our Sunday brunch. We had gone out for a dinner at a highly rated vineyard restaurant on Saturday night. We were ALL sooooo incredibly disappointed with the restaurant meal and I was kicking myself for not having it catered as well. The really sad part is the restaurant cost more than having in Chef Carlos and the restaurant food/experience was AWFUL!!! Do yourself a favor, get on his schedule.

Chef Carlos was beyond amazing in all ways and expectations. He was excellent with communication throughout, his menu choice was EXACTLY as we had hoped, he had it ALL COVERED from the moment he walked in until he left. WE DID NOTHING BUT ENJOY OUR EVENT!!! He added so many little details and personal touches we had not even discussed or I had even thought of. I even had a last minute change to the menu because of an allergy with a guest that came up last minute, he worked with us on that last minute change and made everything perfect. He was professional and courteous and fun and it was wonderful working with him. He just made it all so easy. We will definitely use him again.

Carlos and his sous chef arrived on time and got to work very quickly. Very knowledgeable about the food and described the dishes in detail. Everything was so delicious! I did ask for noodles and there were none on the menu so I was a little disappointed in that. Also they did not leave any leftovers, someone in my party said they saw them throwing away the leftovers which was strange.

Chef Carlos and his team were amazing!! We hired them for my sister’s bachelorette and we had the best time!! He made such a great experience for all of us from creating the menu, tapas, apps and main dish. He also brought beautiful tableware to match the theme. The food was amazing and my sister and all the girls had such an incredible time! Chef Carlos was also very communicative throughout the whole process and even shared pictures afterwards. I would highly recommend hiring him for any event!! He’s is awesome!

Chef Carlos was extremely responsive and created a wonderful menu to kick off our girls weekend! He arrived with a plan and made the set up look great! Most importantly, the food was phenomenal. We didn’t stop raving about it for the rest of the weekend. Chef Carlos also specializes in mixology and his batched cocktails did not disappoint. We really appreciated all the attention to details and it was so fabulous to have a sparkling clean kitchen at the end of the night. We would give 10 stars if we could! Do not hesitate Chef Carlos for your next event.

Chef Carlos was amazing! The Italian meal be present was delish. He was very easy to communicate with before the dinner. I would HIGHLY recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Chef Carlos. He was easy to communicate with, friendly, and made delicious food. The experience was so easy - it was like being at a restaurant but in our VRBO rental. All the ladies were very impressed. We loved the food and cocktails we were served and they left the kitchen spotless. Overall an amazing experience and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a fun dining experience in the comfort of your home!

We had Chef Carlos for my friend's bridal shower and we all had an amazing experience! I'm very impressed, because all of the women in the party had different diet restrictions and he was accommodating and worked with all our diets! You can tell the effort him and his assistant Carlos put into our dinner. They came on time, did everything for us, and even cleaned the kitchen! I would definitely recommend Chef Carlos!

Carlos and assistant Russell prepared us a fantastic dinner to end our Washington trip and to celebrate a special birthday. Our dinner was wonderful, from appetizers to dessert! Carlos and Russell were on time, did everything for us, cleaned the kitchen perfectly.... we almost felt guilty for not needing to do a thing. We all would highly recommend Carlos for your special dinner. And to top it off, they are both very nice men, we enjoyed their company! Thank you, Carlos and Russell!!!!!!
