Hi, I'm Geoff Carson, better known as Chef Ozzzy. I was just recently on Food Network's Chopped! I'm a teacher, private chef and caterer. Let me help you put together a rocking menu for your event! From intimate dinners to corporate events, I cater to all. No party is too big or too small. I will travel anywhere. I also have over 35 years of kitchen experience. I have worked in all sorts of kitchen environments, from fast food to fine dining. As a professional Chef, I am very familiar with flavor profiles. I have also perfected Smoking Various Meats including but not limited to ribs, brisket, salmon, pork shoulder (pork butt) and sausage. All of my recipes have been perfected over the years.
