Experience
Prior to my time as Solider Field's Chef de Partie of Catering Operations for the Chicago Bear's stadium, I've spent over a decade thriving and striving in various kitchens from casinos, ski resorts, cooperate chains, and various Michelin-Starred kitchens by Iliana Regan and Grant Achatz. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, I knew I wanted to learn more intimate hospitality.
