Live Fire Show Cooking. Im building my passion for BBQ, all kind of cooking styles: brazilian churrasco, shellfish, mexican traditional smoke cuisine, argentinan techniques, sweet and spicy jamaican flavors., also some kebab, espetos, brochettes, and so on. (NOTE: In case of not having an outdoor space we could adapt it indoor)

I started the fire 6 years ago, Im a self-taught person, first year i watched every live fire cooking video in youtube, got books, grill, meat, charcoal, and the prescious fire, the magic came up! The next five years working in brazilian, argentinian, mexican, caribbean restaurants - all of them BBQ style - even prehispanic gastronomic events. I quit the restaurants to light my own fire again without creativity limitation.
